Change to Director's Details - Tim Jones

In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mitchells & Butlers plc announces that Tim Jones, its Finance Director, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of Poundland Group plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Mr Jones' appointment as a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of Poundland Group plc is with effect from 30 October 2014.
