In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that following the successful merger of Booker Group plc ("Booker") and Tesco PLC ("Tesco"), Stewart Gilliland, one of the Company's non-executive directors, resigned from the Board of Booker on 5 March 2018 and was appointed as a non-executive Director of the Board of Tesco on 5 March 2018.
