Drax Group plc announces that Dorothy Thompson CBE, Chief Executive, who is also a non-executive director of Johnson Matthey plc has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Johnson Matthey plc. The appointment took effect at the close of the Johnson Matthey plc Annual General Meeting held yesterday, 23 July 2014.
