CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS" or the "Company") Change to Director's Details

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), CLS Holdings plc announces that on 27 April 2010 Mr Henry Klotz, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, was appointed a non-executive director of NOTE AB ("NOTE"), a company listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden, and in which the CLS Group owns 6% of the issued share capital.

NOTE, one of the Nordic region's leaders in manufacturing and logistics services for electronics-based products, is active on the EMS (electronics manufacturing services) market, offering electronics production services throughout the value chain, from development and production to after-sales. NOTE has approximately 1,000 employees across Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and China, and in 2009 its net sales were SEK 1.2 billion (£108.6 million).
