Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities

The Board of Hipgnosis is pleased to announce that, with effect from 19 October 2021 its Non-Executive Director, Vania Schlogel, has been appointed as a member of the Company's following committees: -

Asset Management Committee;

Audit and Risk Management Committee;

Management Engagement Committee;

Nomination Committee;

Portfolio Committee; and

Remuneration Committee.

The Company's Committees shall be comprised thereafter as follows: -
