Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities
Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of one of the Directors.
The Company announces that Mr John Scott, the Chair of the Nomination Committee, has stepped down from his position, but remains on the Board and as Company Chair. The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Meriel Lenfestey has been appointed as the new Chair of the Nomination Committee and will be responsible for leading the search for a replacement Chair of the Board later in the year.
There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with UK listing rule 6.4.6.
