Change to composition of board committees

COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

Under Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3) Carpetright plc announces changes to the composition of its Committees with effect from 4 September 2014 following the retirement of Baroness Noakes, Alan Dickinson and Martin Harris at the conclusion of the AGM held on 4 September 2014. The following are the only standing Committees of the Board:

Audit Committee

The Committee will now comprise:

David Clifford (Chairman), Sandra Turner and Andrew Page.

Remuneration Committee

The Committee will now comprise:

Sandra Turner (Chairman), Andrew Page and David Clifford. 

Nomination Committee

The Committee will now comprise:

Andrew Page (Chairman), Lord Harris, Sandra Turner and David Clifford.
