Change to Committee membership

Euromoney, the international B2B information services provider of essential information to global and specialist markets, today announces the Board's approval of the following changes to the composition of certain of its Board Committees: 

Audit & Risk Committee

Lorna Tilbian will be appointed as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.

Committee composition from 30 April 2020 will therefore be Colin Day (Chair), Tim Pennington and Lorna Tilbian.

Remuneration Committee

Lorna Tilbian will step down as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.

Committee composition from 30 April 2020 will therefore be Imogen Joss (Chair), Jan Babiak, Tim Pennington and Leslie Van de Walle.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3).
