Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney" or the "Company"), the global B2B information services provider of price discovery, essential market intelligence and events, today announces the Board's approval of the following changes to the composition of certain of its Board Committees:Audit & Risk Committee

India Gary-Martin will be appointed as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.

Committee composition from 25 March 2021 will therefore be Colin Day (Chair), India Gary-Martin and Tim Pennington.

Remuneration Committee

India Gary-Martin will be appointed as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.

Committee composition from 25 March 2021 will therefore be Imogen Joss (Chair), Jan Babiak, India Gary-Martin, Tim Pennington and Leslie Van de Walle.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3).
