Change to Chairmanship of Remuneration Committee

Fidessa group plc ("Company") today announces that Ken Archer, a non-executive director of the Company, became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 8th January 2016, replacing Ron Mackintosh. Ken also became a member of the Nominations Committee on the same date and will continue to be a member of the Audit Committee.

Ron will continue to serve as the senior independent non-executive director of the Company and as a member of the Remuneration, Nominations and Audit Committees.
