In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Charles Stanley Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Hugh Grootenhuis, Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration, Risk and Nomination Committees of the Company, will become Senior Independent Director of the Company with effect from 17 December 2021. 

 

Hugh Grootenhuis will take over this role from Andrew Didham who, as previously announced, retires from the Board on 16 December 2021.
