SocialGO plc, the AIM quoted developer and provider of software which allows groups to build their own on-line social networks, announces that its accounting reference date has been changed from 31 March to 31 December and the next audited annual financial statements to be published will be for the nine month period ending 31 December 2010.

Accordingly, the next unaudited interim results will be in respect of the six month period ending 30 June 2011.
