CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NEW LOCATION: THE CHESTERFIELD MAYFAIR, 35 CHARLES STREET, LONDON, W1J 5EB
ENRG announces that the venue of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has changed to The Chesterfield Mayfair, 35 Charles, Street, London, W1J 5EB.
Except for the change of venue, all other information set out in the Notice of AGM dated 3 April 2025, including the date and time of the meeting, and the resolutions to be considered at the AGM, remain unchanged. Proxy and voting instructions relating to the original venue also remain unchanged and will be valid for the new venue.
ENRG has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the amended Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy. All documents are available on the Company's website at www.globalenergyinfrastructure.co.uk
