Change of the Date of Q2 and H1 2015 Financial Results Release

MHP S.A. ("MHP" or the "Company", LSE ticker: "MHPC"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces that due to the change of the date of the Board Meeting from August 25th, 2015 to August 27th, 2015, the date of release of Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended 30 June 2015, has also been changed from August 26th, 2015 to August 28th, 2015.

Please make these changes in your financial calendar appropriately.
