The Board of Directors acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Adrian - Constantin Volintiru from his position as Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., starting from June 13, 2014. The selection of a new member of the Board of Directors for the vacant position will be carried out in accordance with the legal and statutory provisions.
