Change of Significant Shareholding
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer of Natural High Intensity Sweeteners, including Reb A, has been notified by its significant shareholder James Finlay International Holding Ltd that on 31 March 2010 it sold a total of 1,500,000 shares at £2.45 per share. As a result, James Finlay International is no longer has a significant shareholder in the Company.
