Matra was notified on 25 May 2010 by Macquarie Bank Limited that following the disposal of 7,800,000 ordinary shares on 20 May 2010, it now holds 74,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.00% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
