Matra was notified on 6 August 2010 by Macquarie Bank Limited that following the disposal of 11,250,000 ordinary shares on 3 August 2010, it now holds 63,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
