Matra was notified on 11 August 2010 by Macquarie Bank Limited that following the disposal of 15,500,000 ordinary shares on 9 August 2010, it now holds 47,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.48% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
