Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Company") Change of Shareholding

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), received notification on 7 February 2012 from Mrs Andre Marcou that, together with her husband, she now has a direct or indirect interest in 447,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 3,939,551 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 shares in treasury.
