- CHANGE OF SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Greene King plc announces that Rob Rowley, who was appointed to the board as a non-executive director in July 2014, has taken over the role of senior independent director from Ian Durant, who will be retiring from the board in March 2016. Rob Rowley is already a member of the audit and nomination committees and has also been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
