Change of Senior Independent Director

Morgan Advanced Materials plc ('Morgan') announces that Douglas Caster has today stepped down from the position of Senior Independent Director and Laurence Mulliez, non-executive director, is appointed to that position.

Douglas Caster will continue to serve on the Morgan Board as a non-executive director and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
