We are pleased to announce the following:

1. Change of Registered Office

The registered office of the Company has been changed to Tricor Suite, 4th Floor, 50 Mark Lane, London EC3R 7QR, with effect from 22 September 2016.

2. Appointment of Company Secretary

Mr. Robert Osborne Lee has been appointed as Secretary of the Company with effect from 20 September 2016 and Mr. Murzban Khurshed Mehta has resigned as Secretary of the Company with effect from the close of business on 13 October 2016.

3. Resignation of director

Mr. Murzban Khursh Mehta has also resigned as a director with effect from close of business on 13 October 2016.
