Change of RusHydro's interest in Yakutskenergo

RusHydro announces that it has reduced its stake in Yakutskenergo.

RusHydro's ownership of Yakutskenergo's voting shares held indirectly via the Company's subsidiary RAO ES of East has been reduced from 57.6267% to 49.3657%

The total number of votes accrued to the voting shares of Yakutskenergo has been changed due to decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company (AGM), held on May 23,2013, on the dividend omissions. As a result, the holders of preferred shares of Yakutskenergo can exercise voting right starting from the next meeting after the AGM.
