CHANGE OF ROLE OF DIRECTOR

Sanne announces that Philip Godley, Chief Operating Officer of Sanne, has assumed the new role of Senior Managing Director with immediate effect. He will be responsible for Sanne's global product and service offering. Philip will continue as an Executive Director on Sanne's Board.

Sanne is also pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Watson as Chief Operating Officer of the Group with immediate effect.

Dean Godwin, Chief Executive Officer of Sanne, said: 'Since listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, Sanne has achieved substantial growth through the broadening and diversification of our product offering and the expansion of our office network. Over the past 18 months we have welcomed more than 500 people to the business and now have operations spread across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Eric is a highly regarded operations and change management specialist and his expertise will be important for the business as it continues to grow.'
