Change of results announcement date

Due to the timing of the bank holiday, the Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. will now report the results of its 4th quarter trading and its final results for the financial year ending 31 May 2013 on 23 September 2013 (rather than 30 August 2013 as announced in the IMS on 19 April), when the business and financial services sectors have returned to the City from the summer holidays. It is the Board's hope that this delay will afford a better opportunity to communicate with the investment community and financial media.

Shareholders are advised that the sole reason for the change in results date is due to the above timing. In relation to the Group's financial performance, the Board is confident that it will be reporting pre-tax profit and earnings figures slightly ahead of the latest broker's forecast.

The strategic review, which was announced earlier in the year, has now been completed and more information will be communicated on this within the next ten days.
