As from 1st October 2014 Viscount Lifford will take over the roles of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director from Mr A.E.G. Gulliford, who as announced on 1st May 2014, will retire from the Board later in the year.

This announcement complies with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3) and (4).
