In relation to change of the Registrar

Joint Stock Company "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (the"Bank") (LSE: HSBK) announces that on 20 September 2012 it has signed agreement with the new Registrar, JSC "Integrated Securities Registrar". Data and documents constituting the register system of the Bank's securities holders will be transferred to the new Registrar until the end of 2012.
