Change of Registered Office
Charles Stanley Group PLC ("the Company") today announces that further to the announcement made on 25 April 2016, the consolidation of its London office locations to 55 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 3AS has very largely now been completed. The registered office of both the Company and Charles Stanley & Co Limited, the main operating company, has also changed to 55 Bishopsgate.
