Following the sale of Chamberlain Fund Services Limited's ("CFS") business to SMP Fund Services Limited ("SMP") the Company announces that it has consented to the novation, with immediate effect, by CFS of its rights and obligations under the registrar and administration agreement with the Company dated 19th April 2007 (as amended by way of addendum dated 4th October 2013, which clarifies the administration services provided but does not alter the remuneration or termination provisions in the original agreement)to SMP. Accordingly, the Company's registrar and administrator is now SMP Fund Services Limited and its registered office has changed to Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 1RZ.

SMP Fund Services Limited is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
