Change of Registered Office and Company Secretary
Molectra Group has appointed Anglo Saxon Trust as Company Secretary in place of BNP Paribas Fund Services (Jersey) Limited and relocated its registered office to Union House, Union Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3RF Channel Islands with effect from 5th November 2008.
This follows the announcement on 13th August 2008 of the successful admission of the Company's entire share capital to trading on the AIM market following the revocation of the Company's fund licence under the collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988.
Roger King, a director of Molectra Group is also a director and a contributing party of Anglo Saxon Trust Limited.
