The board of Molins PLC ("the Company"), the global packaging solutions group, announces that the Company's registered office address has changed to 13 Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8HS with immediate effect.

Separately, the board is also pleased to announce that Jim Haughey's formal appointment as Group Finance Director took effect on 2 October 2017.
