Change of Administrator, Registered Office and Company Secretary

Arricano (AIM:ARO), one of the leading real estate developers in Ukraine specialising in operating shopping centres, announces that it has appointed Asoted Services Limited to act as the Company's administrator with immediate effect.

As a result, the Company's registered office address has changed to:

Office 1002, 10th floor,

Nicolaou Pentadromos Centre,

Thessalonikis Street,

3025 Limassol, Cyprus.

Asoted Secretarial Limited has been appointed company secretary.
