Change of Registered Office
Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI), a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that with immediate effect, the Company's registered office has been changed to 16 Kyriakou Matsi Avenue, Eagle House, 10th Floor, Agioi Omologites, 1082, Nicosia, Cyprus.
On 8 May 2012 Aisi announced that, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting, it will change its name to 'Secure Property Development & Investment Limited'. The Company has already started operating under the new name.
