The Company today announces that with effect from 31 March 2023, its registered office has changed from 3rd Floor, 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD to 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL following a change in the registered office of the Company's administrator. This follows the acquisition of the Company's administrator, Maitland Administration (Guernsey) Limited by Apex Group, and the associated change of address of the administrator.
