Publishing Technology changes registered office and consolidates UK offices

Publishing Technology plc (the "Company"), the largest provider of software and services for the publishing industry, today announces a consolidation of its UK offices and a change of registered office.

The Company has moved the location of its Oxford head office and registered office from Unipart House to:

8100 Alec Issigonis Way

Oxford Business Park North

Oxford

OX4 2HU

The new office is larger and provides a more conducive atmosphere for the Company's growing staff base.

At the same time, the Company will be closing its offices in Borehamwood and consolidating staff from that office into the larger Oxford office. The Company will continue to have a small office in Bath, UK.
