Change of registered office, company secretary and legal advisers

The Board of the Company would like to announce that the registered office address of the Company has changed to 9-13 St. Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AF with immediate effect.

The Board of the Company is also pleased to announce that Tom Ferns (of Rosenblatt Solicitors) has been appointed as the Company secretary, and Rosenblatt Solicitors has also been appointed as the new legal advisers to Artilium. The Board would like to thank Morrison & Foerster LLP for its cooperation over the past few years.
