Change of Registered Office and Appointment of Company Secretary

BCA Marketplace plc announces that with effect from today the Company has changed its registered office to BCA Bedford, Coronation Business Park, Kempston Hardwick, Bedford MK43 9PR.

Resulting from the move of registered office, the Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Letza as Company Secretary with immediate effect, in place of Ian Farrelly. Martin joins from national law firm Shoosmiths where he was a senior corporate partner leading the firm's Birmingham corporate team.
