Zotefoams plc (the "Company") announces that, following approval by the Board on 21 January 2026, the Company has filed the necessary documentation with Companies House to update its registered office address.

The Company's registered office has now changed to:

Salisbury House, Finsbury Circus, London, England, EC2M 7AQ

This change is effective immediately and has been reflected on the public register.
