Change of Registered Address and Financial Reporting
Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR) (the "Company") advises that the registered office address of the Company has changed with immediate effect. The new registered address of the Company is:

The Company also announces that, in order to bring Chariot in line with other oil and gas companies' financial reporting, its financial year end will change from 28 February to 31 December with effect from the current financial year. As a result, the Company will publish audited results for the 10 months ending 31 December 2011 and the subsequent audited results will be for the 12 months to 31 December 2012. The next interim report and accounts will be produced for the 6 months to 31 August 2011.
