on change of ratings

 

As of 28 September 2021 Moody's Investors Service changed the ratings of MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (MFB Zrt.) as follows:

 

· Long-term backed foreign currency senior unsecured debt rating: upgraded to "Baa2" with a stable outlook from "Baa3" (previously positive outlook);

· Long-term backed foreign currency deposit rating: upgraded to "Baa2" with a stable outlook from "Baa3" (previously positive outlook);

· Short-term backed foreign-currency deposit rating: upgraded to "P-2" from "P-3".

 

The rating action followed the upgrade of the Hungary's government bond rating to Baa2 from Baa3 with the outlook changed to stable from previously positive.
