Scope Ratings GmbH (Lennéstraße 5, D-10785 Berlin, Germany) has changed the long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings on MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (MFB) on 9 March 2023 from BBB+ to BBB in both local and foreign currency. The Outlooks have been revised from Negative to Stable.
Scope has also affirmed an S-2 short-term issuer rating in both local and foreign currency, with Stable Outlooks.
