The board of directors (the "Board") of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to 9/F, Gloucester Tower, the Landmark, 15 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong with effect from 24 December 2008.
