Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company")
Change of Notifiable Shareholder
The Company has been informed that Goldman, Sachs Group Inc are no longer including in their aggregate notifiable holdings the positions held by Goldman, Sachs & Co, a wholly owned direct subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Inc, acting as custodian for its customers, because of the application of the custodian exemption in DTR 5.1.3R(2) to those positions.
As a result the notifiable position of 7,785,828 10p Ordinary Shares in the Company previously assigned to Goldman, Sachs & Co (by Attribution) is now notifiable under the name of H U Investments, L.L.C. being the underlying shareholder.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue is unchanged
