PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions announces that Speech Modules Holdings Limited ("SMH") has now sold 5.9 million of the shares that it held in the Company and accordingly no longer has a notifiable interest in PeerTV's share capital.
