Change of Nominee Holding

The Company has received notice that today Mr Yunwu Liu, a director of the Company, transferred 11,008,650 ordinary shares for nil consideration from his own account to his account held by JIM Nominees Limited. Mr Liu still holds 11,008,650 ordinary shares representing 13.47% of the issued share capital of the Company and 13.47% of the total voting rights of the Company as at the date of this announcement.

The Company has also received notice that on the same date Mr Mingjian Yin, a director of the Company, transferred 23,703,826 ordinary shares for nil consideration from his own account to his account held by JIM Nominees Limited. Mr Yin still holds 23,703,826 ordinary shares representing 29% of the issued share capital of the Company and 29% of the total voting rights of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
