Change of Nominated Adviser & Joint Broker

Following a review of its corporate broking arrangements, Bowleven, the West Africa focused oil and gas exploration group traded on AIM, is pleased to announce the appointment of Barclays Capital as the Company's joint corporate broker to work alongside Bank of America Merrill Lynch with immediate effect.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has also been appointed as Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) to the Company with immediate effect.
