3Legs Resources plc ("3Legs" or "the Company") announces the following corporate update.

Change of Nominated Adviser

Jefferies Hoare Govett, the Company's Nominated Adviser and joint broker since its initial public offering in 2011, has today stepped down from both positions, by mutual agreement. The Company has appointed Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland"), its joint broker, as Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

Tim Eggar, Chairman of 3Legs, said:

"The board would like to record its appreciation of the support it has received from Jefferies and from Jefferies Hoare Govett over a period of nearly four years, beginning before our initial public offering. The Company has greatly benefited from their excellent and impartial advice.
