CHANGE OF NOMINATED ADVISER

London, England and San Francisco, CA. - 27 September 2016 - RhythmOne plc ("1R" or the "Company") today announces that it has appointed Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") as its Nominated Adviser, effective immediately. This appointment will be in addition to Numis' current role as a Broker to RhythmOne.
