The Company is also pleased to announce that Dr Patrick Dennis Howes (aged 52)was today appointed to the board of directors as an independent non-executivedirector. Dr Howes has a Ph.D. in Chemistry (1981) from Salford University inEngland and over 25 years' experience in energy related chemical industries. Hisparticular skills are in the execution and management of projects from inceptionto completion and the board are confident that he will be an asset to theCompany.
